This isn't something I am too familiar with (not being in Australia). It does seem like a very daft idea to only have person able to authorise! I wonder if it might be a good idea to get a cheap cell phone that lives in the office, just for this kind of thing?

Personally, it doesn't suit me (yet, it's still in Beta mode as of February 2026) but it's good to see potential for moving on from docx templates.
